krazy glue

Yes, just make a small drop of gel and when the water hits is it forms a skin then just push the 2 pieces together to break the skin and tada..

I prefer to use putty myself
I've NEVER been able to get putty to work properly. I mend it and mend it until my fingers turn purple and it never works for me.

Ah, so it's user error on my end then. Sounds right. I'd always mend it and then when it changed colors, insert the coral into epoxy and attempt to stick in it's desired location.

Huh. I'll give that a try next time. Thanks!

I use the glue sandwich method with the epoxy to get it to stick, and its easy to pop off if you want to reposition.
