Led build... Maybe

So I'm a t5 guy. t5s work, and I know they work, BUT ... I also like to make things. I have done a Led build in the past, and it worked just fine, but it's been a while, and a lot has changed since I did it last. SO, who do I need to get in touch with here that can help me on a parts list for an LED build, assuming I want to bite it off.

Any help is appreciated.
