LED lighting?

So I have a 20 gallon long tank that I have been wanting to use as a grow out tank. I have thought about stepping into the led lighting realm but I have now experience here. The area I am trying to cover is 12"x24"x12"d. Any of you with experience have an idea of what I should look for good or bad? Suggested manufactures?
