LED Moonlights

Okay I have another crazy question.......Can led moonlights stay on all night? My lights are not on a timer and these (FLUVAL LEDS w/moonlights) leds are on a switch to either have on the leds ar switch over to moonlights...all in one switch.? Thanks Mike
