So I've been running a coralife 4 bulb t5ho on my standard 29 (30"x18"x12"). It's getting time for new bulbs but instead of dropping money on new bulbs, I'm thinking of going for LEDs. I need suggestions for fixtures for my tank. I'm growing mostly softies and lps so I don't need anything too crazy. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks.

If you have softies and LPS and want a good affordable LED fixture without all the automated controlability and extras then get one of the chinese full spectrum ones or reefbreeders. Or if you want to spend the extra funds for the higher quality then there are many others out there i.e. Radions, AI, Kessils, Maxspect etc.

The tank is in my bedroom so I would like some controlability. Did anyone use the ocean revicrewve t247? It's cheap but with a built in timer. I think I would need 2 kessils for my tank ($500+ and $100+ for controler) and I'm not crazy about dropping $500 on a radion. I know you get what you pay for but I'm going for some middle ground.

Anyone use the wyzm leds from amazon?

Hard to beat the price. Seem similar to the evergrow fixtures. Thoughts?

Alright so I've been reading and researching for a while and I'm down to either reefbreeders or the barrier reef evergrows. Is the much of a difference? On a 30" tank, would I need a 16" or 24" fixture?

I have the reefbreeders 24" fixture on my 30g tank, it is easy to program. I have LPS, Leathers, Zoas and a few hard corals no Acros. I have had them a little over a year. Holley:)
