Could anyone help me connect and install LEDs in my biocube hood? I'd pay for everything I just need help finding the right stuff and putting it in the hood.?

I may have some old (new not used) biocube bulbs. What size are you looking for?

So when you say "they stopped making the bulbs", do you mean the 36-watt PC bulbs?

Because as far as I can tell, those appear to be still commonly available.


Average price at around $20 each depending on where you shop.

I just got off the phone with creation reef and the said they had stopped making the two separate blue and white bulbs now they only make the bulb that is half blue and half white and ill need two of them...

What are the name of the white lights and what is the name of the blue one

If your just wanting to go with LEDs check Rapid. I've got a Rapid kit in my JBJ if you want to order a kit you could come over and see my set up. Mine is going to e a little different being JBJ but it not a difficult project.

The half blue half white are called 50/50
