Lent...will it ever end?

I gave up buying fish and coral for lent this year. 40 days of HE double hockey sticks.

Anybody else in the same boat (or ark) as me. I'm counting down the days until Easter!!! Then i will be stocking my qt tanks full!!!

By the way, seeing stuff like what nemos posted earlier is not helping at all.

I feel ya. I'm catholic myself and gave up smoking for lent. Great idea but the stress I deal with everyday makes it a real challenge.

Man, if you. Got 40 days under your belt keep going!!!! Don't pick them up again. Just think, then you can be one of those annoying ex-smokers who look down on all of us without the will power you have. Seriously, stay out while you can.

Congrats!! That's great. Much harder than not buying fish. If you can go 40 days you can give it up for good. I quite smoking 12 years ago and never looked back.

Stay with it.
