Leptoseris dying, help!

A couple days ago I noticed these small white spots on my lepto and they've grown a little. The spots are dead. Any ideas? Everything else is doing great in the tank

It's been my experience with lepto's, that they have very delicent flesh. I'd be inclined to think either something fell on it or perhaps a crap or something was picking at it JM2C.

Generally leptos are found in deep water under ledges in moderate to low flow. IMHO It could be getting too much light or flow. I have a wrinkle golden lepto and it did the same thing a few weeks after I got it. But, after a month or so it recovered.
