So I got my new light up yesterday and it has white and blue. How long do y'all keep your lights on? The room my tank in is super dark so very little ambient light. Do you keep whites on longer than blues? Visaversa? or both on the same amount of time? Edit to add I have just fish and some zoas and a hammer coral so far. Also edited to add the light is a Mars Aqua 165 Thanks!

Thanks. It's a simple black box so no ramp up/down options. White and blue are controller separately though. Maybe leave blues on longer than white? Also I have LEDs around my TV in the same room. I could ramp those up or leave on for a couple hours at night?

its depend what your livestocks. tanks are different .
