Lexan Polycarbonate

I am making an overflow box and want to use this polycarbinate from home Depot. As far as i know this stuff will be strong enough and to my knowledge polycarbinate dose not leach any chemicals or toxins. This is the same material you would store water in. Its is better then plastic b/c it dose not have toxins in it. It is maybe a 1/8th inch thick. any thoughts would be appericiated

That is where i got my material when i made my overflow box. I did not get the Lexan because the other stuff they had was cheaper. I also used it for the baffels in my sump.
