Light and bleaching

Might be a dumb question, but is bleaching of coral done by the 10k white lights? Actinic or combination of both? I am sure its the white lights, right?

Ive noticed mushrooms i have bleaching a bit under my new lights (6x36 t5)and wondering if i can maybe put a better combination in so It does bleach.

If you're able to, I would just move them down lower in the tank and raise them up over a week or two. Seems most shrooms I had do well in lower light anyway.

Shrooms are in bottom of tank. Light cycle is 2 actinic 11 hours, 1 actinic and 3 10k on for 8 hours. I know 3/3 of each is not the ideal setup but will have to do for now. When all are on the white is pretty harsh and does not give the best color.
