Lighting a 3g pico

Im sitting one up and cant decide what lights to go with. yhe tank is a 9 inch cylinder and it 14 inch tall I think

+1 for the par 30. or you could get one of those 10 watt 50/50 hybrid leds from ebay i had one and it was really more blue than 50/50 but it would light up a 3 gal perfectly just make sure to have a proper heat sink for it i burned mine up by using a heat sink that was too small

I lit one with a 36w PC several years ago and I kept everything but SPS in it. With a tank that small, it doesn't take much.
