and my second is..Does anyone have any nice pieces they would like to part with if i am able to use the lights

how deep is the tank...if it is shallow u can put some monti's in there given they are put at the top...remember when moving to sps that your water must be really stable and really clean as well as alk constant 8-12

auctually now that i look if you have a 55gallon tank with 65w's i would not even have anem in there...they are really high demand lighting...65w is prob not even enough for softies (maybe to live in but very doubtful if they will grow alot unless they are solar eclipses) I don't beleave you have enough light for monti's...i would look at getting a t5ho setup or MH...that would be a good fowlr tank though...not reef

it wont let me edit but i also read they you were interested in a clam...and a skimmer...i would upgrade lights and skimmer before getting clam or sps...deff not enough light

this is the lights i have

sorry now that you pmed me you have roughply 250w of lighting...that would be fine for most low to med light sps including monti's
