I came across an old post in another forum concerning a lighting cycle idea. To help minimize heat, they ran their MH for 4 hours in the morning and 4 hours in the evening with the T-5's on in between...they claimed that their corals did well under this cycle. Does anyone out there do this and/or what are your thoughts about it?
