Lighting Duration

So I'm sure this is a highly debateable subject but I'm curious as to how long people are running their lights over a reef. What time do they come on and what time do they go off? If you're running multiple kelvins of light....are they staged? If so, what order and for how long?

I know there is a lot here to answer but I'm trying to figure out the best configuration for my own reef. I'll use this data along with my own experience to see if I can make any improvements.

On my 120, 2x250 20k MH come on at noon and off at 8pm..

On the new tank its going to be
Vho's on at 11am
3x250 20k's on at noon off at 8pm
Vho off at 9 pm

i run dual 250w 20k halides for 8 hrs, pc's for 8

Actinics on at 9:00 A.M.
Halides on at 10:00 A.M.

Halides off at 8:00 P.M.
Actinics off/moonlights on at 9:00 P.M.

Fuge light on at 9:00 P.M.

VHO's on at 11am
2x175 MH on at 12pm
2x175 MH off at 8pm
Fuge light on at 8:30pm
VHO's off at 9pm
Fuge light off at 11:30am

Repeat!
