Would a 61” hybrid and 3 Radion xr15 be enough for a 72” 150gallon tank??? Or should I just do 3 xr30’s???

It depends.
Some of the xr15 models have less spread than others which will be an issue. I have a gen 4 that is supposed to be 18 inches. But in practice seems to be much less... With three of them you may have issues sufficiently covering all 72 inches.
72 inch 150s are also pretty deep. I think around 29 or so. So I think you'll need more light than less... And may benefit from the additional light that an xr30 can give.
So it depends on what you are going for. If you're ok with some spots having much lower light and you're not going very light intensive corals to begin with then the 15 should be ok with t5 backup. Personally, I'd prolly go xr30 or take a look at the noobpsychs.
