Right now I'm running 2 mm led fixtures over my 75 and just not sure I'm getting enough light at the end of the tunnel. Thinking about supplementing with a couple added t5's..... Any suggestions, ideas, comments?

it looks bright from far away and not so bright close up, but I would always suggest adding some t5 to LED's

heck.. the only thing I see, without knowing more about your system is that the birdsnest may need to be closer to the middle of a fixture instead of off to the side like that.

Otherwise, you don't really have much in there that needs a high powered lighting situation.

Are the units parallel or perpendicular to the front and rear glass? They should be large enough to cover a 75.

The two LED units I have are not too dissimilar from the MM ones and they cover my 120g with no problems.

Do you have optics on them?

I guess I came to this conclusion because some of the stuff on the sand does not do as well as I feel it should. The birdsnest actually looks a lot better now. I bout bleached it out in another tank with 2 much light at once. I have a orange fungia plate that was dieing so I cut the dead out of it and made 2 pieces. I have one piece in the display and another in my sump with a blue stunner strip and a grow light from homedepot about 8 inches over it. The one in my sump is way more healthy. I'll try and get some picks up of them tonight. At work right now.... These were a couple older pics I had on my iPad.

Yea I think that's what it is, and I have actually moved it since that pic. Lol it's on top of the rocks now. I'll get some updated pics on here tonight.

I would expect two mm fixtures to be plenty for a 75. I would only supplement t5 to achieve a more robust spectrum.

Not yet. He was nipping at a couple at first, but seems fine now. I moved a couple acans out and into my pico.
