okay i have a question my t-5 are acting funny. i just got my new light and here is the problem. 1 of the bulbs will not come on at all. 1 of the bulbs will flicker and still not come on. i moved the bulb to another spot on the fixture and they work there. is there any ideas on what i should do to fix it.

its not a retro its the whole fixture

check to see if you have to twist the bulbs tell they lock in i have to do that with mine if not they dont turn on

sounds like you have an open circuit. You need to check to make sure that all of your wiring is secure. Your bulb that flickers is fine but the bulb that doesn't do anything is your problem. Either your wiring running to that bulb doesn't have a good connection or the bulb is not in the endcap secure enough.
