Lineatus Wrasse not doing well; advice?

My prized Lineatus wrasse is hiding alot the last 24-48 hours. He is eating some but, not near as much as usual. His body seems to be a little pale in color. He doesn't seem to swim with a lot of energy. Could this be an internal parasite? If so, what can I get my hands on quickly to treat him? I live near Columbus,Ga. I really hope I can save him. What are you currently feeding him?

Been with me for 4 months........eats like a pig usually. I feed him Omega one marine flakes with garlic and a meat mixture of mysis and spirilini enriched brine schrimp cubes. This has been his food from day one.

Prazi pro is what I would use. It's reef safe.

No wrasse should go without praziquantel in my opinion
