I had a cyano breakout few weeks ago. I've completely drained the tank, and sat all of the rock outside in my patio. Is this rock ok to use again?

You can bleach it or muriatic acid it. NOT BOTH AT THE SAME TIME!! After that you can use some seachem prime in a bucket with water to make sure all chlorine is out. Did you take it out just to get rid of the cyano? FWIW your going to eventually get cyano..especially starting with dry rock.
