Which local store has the best live rock selection. I'm looking for premium Fiji and Lalo rock. I would rather buy this rock locally to cut back on the die off, but if I had to order online who do you recommend? I'm leaning toward Live Aquaria for the online order. Thanks.

Not sure who to look at locally. 2 Years ago I set up my 120g reef tank with LR from Premium Aquatics (if I remember right)

I went with Marshall Island LR and I really like what I got.

You could also consider Ocean Pro Aquatics as an online source.

ReeferMadness is another neat place to consider ordering from.

Or Pacific East Aquaculture/Dr Mac

Hope this helps. Sorry I did not have any input on any of the LFS. Hopefully someone else can chime in with some info on the area stores and what they have. :) :)

saltycritter.com ~ you should call them, they are in OHIO nice prices, excellent service.

I was in Capp Bay today, and they have some great looking rock (many different varieties). It's $7.99/lb, but they do have some that costs a little less.

I was at Capp Bay today also. I wasn't to thrilled with there selction. The rock there did have alot of coraline but i'm looking for rock that's more colorful. Kaelini, Lalo and Marsh mixted with a few very nice fiji pieces is what I'm trying to place in this tank.
