I found some for sale on eBay at what I think is a very good deal, $3.50 a # with free shipping for cured rock. They’re out of Tampa. Any thoughts? I’m new and trying to be cautious but I really need the rock.</span></span>

I've seen the same auction. I think should be fine. Its just another way people describe Caribbean rock. I have no actual experience but its suppose to be denser then pacific ocean variants of live rock and tend to be more in the form of plates instead of gnarled or branches.

Anytime you buy live rock anline, there is the possibility it wont be good. Even from reptutable companies. You'll just need to convince yourself of the options if it does turn out to be garbage.

I ordered soem from DR F + S once, and it was all rubble when I got it. They sent me another good batch, so they made it good. Would someone on ebay do the same?
