Hey guys, I have a need to buy some 1/4" acrylic to construct a couple diy projects. Is there anyone who sells it locally for a good price? I would prefer cast acrylic, or something that I can cut with my mitre saw without melting (the stuff from Lowe's will melt if u try to cut it)

Kalsak in Lawrenceville is about the best around. They will also cut it for you. If you cut it yourself you need a blade that has more teeth. A wood blade will create more friction which means melting. Look for a nonferrous/plastic cutting blade with 80 or more teeth for a 10" saw.
