Long nose Hawkfish sleeping habits

I tried Google but didn't really find much. New addition to my tank and I noticed last night he was "asleep" on the surface, sideways, resting against the overflow.

Is this normal behavior for these guys? He eats just fine and doesn't exhibit any signs of disease or distress.

Any feedback is much appreciated!
 
yup its normal, Ive found my flame hawk wedged upside down between a pipe and the glass to sleep.
 
They don't have a swim bladder so they aren't neutrally buoyant. They have to lean up against something :)

Mine sleeps on top of the mag float, very near the surface.
You can see him in this picture.
