Long Polyp Leather

My wife spotted a Long Polyp Leather at Petco that she really wants, but I am fearful of putting anything in my tank from Petco. We've never seen one at any other store in our area so we don't have other options.

Is it safe to dip those in a standard coral dip? I don't have a QT and would feel better if I dipped it first.

I'd get a QT setup or forget about it personally. There's not a process out there that's 100% besides quarantine and verifiying.
