Looking for a shallow nano reef design similar to this, any suggestions?

Hi guys, I am going to start a shallow pico reef for my desk. I want something similar to this shape:

I would prefer if it's an AIO. If anyone has any suggestions on who has tanks like this for sell, please assist. I can't seem to find any that are AIO. Prefer it be 5 gallons or less. Thanks!
