How is the research coming along?

Thanks for asking! Well, its um going........ LOL. Right now we are just maintaining the coral. Myself and others in the group have experience with culturing other marine invertebrates in the lab but most of us are new to coral specifically so we are learning best practices for coral husbandry right now. We have not started any bleaching protocols yet. We are also working with the zooxanthellae and beginning to do experiments with them now.
