Loud fan on LED box

I can hear my fans turn on and stay loud, like a hum, whenever the power is turned up more than 20%. What could be the cause and solution?

The cause is likely bad bearings in the fan and the solution is to replace it.

If that's the case, I'll probably just keep it how it is. It's not audible when the canopy is closed, even with no water running

Sounds to me like normal. Unless you want to spend big bucks, most any fan will make some noise.

I've got three of them. Two are dead silent even at full power. The third is the only loud one. Not a huge problem, so I can deal

If the bearing are loud, it will get worse or go out soon
If you know the size/type you can pick up one off ebay cheap and replace pretty easy.
$10 for new fan and 10 minutes to replace!
I've went through two on my canopy.

To add, if it does go out then your light will burn up at some point soon after. If the sound is not normal you should not ignore it. Fan replacement is much cheaper than light replacement.
