Add CO2, but why?
If it is because of the Kalk why not fix the reactor problem and do water changes. I mean you don't have 9.1 normally do you?
If you want to do it more naturally without water change then then off your skimmer, turn off/down your light and close up the room and breath more heavily inside, probably just use a pipe and blow into your water

Water change, quickly is going to be your best bet. Anything you do specifically to lower pH may lead to overshooting the mark and crashing the Ph in the opposite direction.
