Mag test kit

I am using a red sea mag test kit.

When I get the color change if I wait a minute it will go back to pink. I add more turns blue wit goes back to pink. Should I keep doing this until it stays blue or is the first change the one to use.

it should stay the color that indicates the level of ........................so if it is changing back, you should add more until it remains for more than 60 seconds.
