Magnet next to eheim heater

I had to put a magnet in the return of my 29 gallon BioCube to hold up a skimmer but that is the same compartment my heater is in. Will this be a problem? Do magnets have any kind of effect on the heaters? Wasn't sure but I just thought I would ask I appreciate any advice in advance hope you guys have a blessed evening.
