A. Holiday Party planning</em>: All of the final details and duties were discussed and distributed to the volunteers.
B. ARC Support Staff</em>.
1. Discussed support staff needs.
C. NACRE</em>: North American Coral Reclamation Effort.
1. Approximate dates, live stock sourcing and live stock types were discussed.
D. Frag Swap</em>: Discussed the following:
1. Events
2. Location
3. Budgeting
E. Sponsor Applications</em>:
1. Tankbred Aquatics sponsorship application vote. During review of the application, it was brought to the board’s attention that the business would not have product available for an additional 6 months. With that being the case, a motion was made by Bill, and then seconded by Chris, that we table the vote for one year. The motion passed(5-0 Raj abstains) and the sponsorship was denied.
2. Reef Zone sponsorship application vote. During review of the application, it was brought to the board’s attention that the vendor’s website was not functional. To be labeled as an etailer, you must have a functioning website with items that can be purchased. Dylan motions a vote, Chris seconds, the board voted against (0-5 Raj abstains) accepting Reef Zone as a sponsor.
3. Just because a sponsor application is denied does not stop anyone from adjusting issues and reapplying.
F. Definitions</em>: The board discussed some possible changes in the tiers of ARC sponosorship and how they are defined.
G. Admin Info</em>: Giuliano brought up some administrative issues and suggestions to help optimize the website.
