1. Notice of resignation. Prior to the BoD meeting, Landon submitted his resignation as the treasurer of the ARC. Landon is currently in limbo between two jobs and simply does not have enough time to contribute to the Treasurer position. He respectfully resigned.
2. New Officers. Gary Nash was appointed to the position of the ARC Treasurer. Dylan Carter was appointed to the position of ARC Secretary.
3. ARC Staff Shuffle.
A. Sponsor Coordinator. Gary has now taken a new role in the club and will have less available time to visit individual sponsors. Sponsor participation is a huge part of the club, and the BoD wants to find a Sponsor Coordinator that will be able to visit ALL of our sponsors, and help bring back their participation. **If you think that you can help out, let the BoD know. We are looking for individuals that have good people skills and are willing to travel to the different locations.** Gary and the BoD as a collective will continue to hold the position until it is filled.
B. Powerbuy Coordinator. Possible powerbuy coordinator candidates were discussed. They will be addressed with a proposal for the position. Gary will continue to hold the position until it is filled.
C. Moderators. The moderation situation was discussed. In order to distribute moderator responsibilities, we will be looking for additional Moderators. **Any members that are interested in becoming a moderator, please contact a BoD member or moderator**
4. Eshopps sponsorship application. The application was discussed. A motion was made to approve the application, seconded and approved 4-1.
5. MACNA. Discussion postponed.
