BoD Officer Promotions/Changes:

<li>Vote called for Dylan Carter to be nominated as President to replace Gary Nash (gnashty) who had resigned earlier in the year. Dylan held the Secretary role at the time.

  <li>Voted Yes: Seth, Dylan, Bill.</li>
  <li>Dylan Carter appointed President.</li>
  </ul>
  
• Giuliano Moschini nominated by Seth Peters to be Secretary in place of Dylan.
  <ul>
  <li>No votes were required as this was a nomination and not a vote.</li>
  <li>Giuliano Moschini appointed Secretary as well as continuing to be site Administrator.</li>
  </ul>
  

Discussions:

<li>There was a discussion on allowing Rick Howard (ReefRunner) returning to ARC as a Member.</li>
<li>Provisional ARC Membership without selling privileges until next year\'s elections.

  <li>Voted Yes on allowing Rick Howard to return as a provisional ARC Member without selling privileges: Bill, Dylan, Seth, Giuliano</li>
