Creation aquatics told me that I needed an ARC membership card to get my 10% discount at their store. How do I get one? Or were they wrong about that?

Well, we don't currently issue a card and haven't for many years. You just need to show them your smart phone with your profile and show them where it says "supporting". We are considering some other options though to get our members a physical card. Sorry for the inconvenience there Christa. They're usually pretty cool about it.

Very good point. I think we had a virtual card before...
The card was virtual two years ago and we were able to do it again this time last year. We're currently working on getting that back again.
