MH Lights with Antics?

For all the people who have MH lights, do you leave your antics on with your MHs on?

I personally like the look of the antics with the MH lights, so I have started to leave them on.

Is this good or bad for corals?

yes i do i turn my t5 on for 12 hours a day and my mh for 5 hrs in the middle of that then when my t5 turn of my fug light turns on

My actinics are on for 12 hours and the MH are on for 6 hours in the middle of the 12.

MH on for 8 hours actinics for 10. Yes both are on during the 8 hours.

Actinics for 12 and metal halides for 5 hours in the middle
