Migrant jawfish?

I got a pearly jawfish about 2 weeks ago. It is in a 50 gal (36x18x18) with 2 firefish, a false perc, and a clown goby. Every 2-3 days so far, the jawfish moves to another part of the tank. First couple of times, I thought he had jumped ship! Is this normal, or is it still scoping out location, location, location?

Yep... he's sort of like those demolition guys... he's planning his excavation carefully so he can bring your rockwork straight down!
