Mikes Hoodless RSM250

This system has been a blast setting up, especially after dealing with the 210 that I never really got a handle on.

I got this RSM-250 from a member here and yanked the hood off, drillled the back, and added a sump. I wish I would have taken more pics of the build process

Finally picked lighting for the setup and ended up with a reefbreeders unit and a couple blue led bars. I love everything about the reefbreeders so far other than the legs so I will have to come up with a hanging solution.
Also trying my hardest to keep lights off until the end of October to help eliminate some of the uglies. Or at least thats what BRS says to do

Looking good. I love my reefbreeders light. I just upgraded mine with the reef nexus kit and now control it thru an app on my phone. Major improvement

You and me both man! Finally taking my time with things on this build and can see it paying off in small ways already.

Removed the legs and hung the lights from ceiling. Much better look imo

We think so but not sure, no papers. She is sweet as can be though

I LOVE RSM-250’s, and with that sump, even better. Great work!
