Millions little stars

I have millions (i.e. not really. But alot) of little with star fish. I forgot the name of them. Anyone know? Also, what is their purpose?

Asterina starfish.

Their purpose is to make your tank look bad... or, alternatively, to feed Harlequin Shrimp.

Sounds like I need to get some Harlequin Shrimp.

If you do get a harley, just remember they only feed on starfish - be ready to rehome him when your stars are gone. too many people dont do this and the shrimp dies....

Manual removal...i tried to set some aside in another tank so i would have some to feed after the dirty work was done...didnt work and havent seen my harley in months. used to see her once a week

Too many to manually remove. Anyone else have another alternative?
