As most of yall know I have been setting up/updating a 75 gal tank for a lil over 3 weeks. I have been looking for lights and some other things, think I have found about everything I want/need for now, I still have to pick up some of these thins from different people.

I have now got a 4 light fixture with flourescent bulbs in it. My questions is I am really only gonna keeps softies in the tank, would this lighting be enough for them? It would be a total of 160 watts, and if so what K and how many atinics should I run with it?

Example:
2 atinics, 1 10k and 1 18k bulb, or what?

Uh, are you saying that you have fluorescent bulbs? Not PCs (power compacts), not T5s? If that is the case you at least need PCs to have a reef tank for softies. Rule of thumb for newbies is at least 3 watts per gallon. Old rule but gives you an idea. So for a 75gal, you need at least 225 watts. If you get PCs, I had all 50/50 bulbs. Or you can do 50% actinic and 50% 10K.
