Moving out of the laundry room

So in the near future we will be putting our house on the market in the hope of moving. To this end I decided it best to remove the frag/refugium/sump from the laundry room. I feel it would be pretty distracting/intimidating to any potential buyers. So today the project started of re-plumbing my entire system in the stand. Yuck!!!! Here are pictures of the start.

Yes she is a keeper for sure. Truth is that I bought the house before I married the girl. Not sure I could have pulled it off the other way. She supports the hobby though.

So this is how it turned out. I'm pretty happy with it. Everything is doing well.

This is the aftermath of the laundry room. Now to work that out. Time for a remodel.
