moving question.

I am probably moving end of April. I have a 30 cube that is fully stocked and stable. I am moving to Panama city. What would be the best way to move my system down there with minimal loss. I still plan on coming back here often for my livestock and the meetings and such. Amy suggestions would be appreciated. The drive is only 5 hours and I can devote my arrival time to make this work best.

Edit: I did want to add that I have a 12 gal frag tank setup down there now but it wont hold everything as it is full also.
