Mp10 Wet Side stuck

Hey everyone, I was trying to do my bi-weekly maintenance on my MP10's wet side. For some reason, I cannot disassemble the cover/guard from the base. Any idea how to fix this? I have soaked it in citric acid for four hours now, and still cannot open it...

With magnet at the rear, looking at front cover, turn cover clockwise. I hold the base with a rubber jar opener and the cover with a towel.

Thanks. Tried that, still no luck.... Let me soak it overnight.

I felt like an idiot when I realized it's a reverse thread... righty loosey not lefty... you probably already know this but I didn't and I felt silly when I figured it out.

@GammaYankee I'm curious - did the overnight soak free it up? I've had similar experiences and I'm always thinking about what I may have to do in order to get the cover off.
