mp10's finally came in today

what settings do people usually use? i am trying them out. but for the time being i cant tell much of a difference in what the settings do

I use short pulse(blue) if you play around with it, you can make a pretty nice sized wave.

Make sure you go online and download the full manual, not just the quick start in the box. Made a lot more sense to me when I had full instructions.

I use Reefcrest and Nutrient Transport Mode the majority of the time. Reefcrest is very random, which I like, and NTM picks up any debris off the sandbed. Both are very nice.
