MP40ESw + Apex + WXM = Battery Missing?!

Any thoughts on this issue?

I've got one MP40ES out of 4 that is giving me trouble. Well... actually two, but one is just that I guess a power cord has gone bad.

However, the other is showing "missing battery" on my apex display. Its a brand new ES driver so I wouldnt imagine that the firmware if behind? What gives?

I had to upgrade the firmware on both "brand new" drivers when I got the WXM a month ago so I wouldn't be surprised.
