[seedless reefer]

Noticed the other day that my MR 2 wasn't bubbling the way it should.

It is making big bubbles that come up in very small amounts like three or four bubbles at a time.

Took it out today and cleaned it all up ran it and still the same any ideas?

Check for no obstructions (beckett and air intake). Then make sure the pump is operating properly

Mufret pretty much covered it. Makes sure the becketts are clean, change the 1/2 cotton ball in the silencer, and give your pump a good cleaning.
