Multiple QT tanks

Hey folks.

I'm thinking about making a stand to hold multiple 10 gallon tanks, none of which are drilled. What would you suggest as far as filtration and whatnot? They should be able to share a sump or something similar, but I just don't feel comfortable with HOB siphon drains. But I also don't want to run 4 HOB filters - would rather everything drain into one sump and return. I understand that I would need valves on each return pipe to make sure water gets back to all of the tanks.... I could also use internal pumps to pump water back up... Just looking for ideas.

I thought about doing this but I just couldn't see any way around drilling the tanks. Are you planning on putting a powerhead in each one?

With QT tanks you’re gonna want individual HOB filters. Different tanks could require different meds and treatment. You don’t want that all going into one sump and cross contaminating each different system. That really defeats the idea of a QT.
