mushroom luvin

ok well i have no idea how mushrooms reproduce. i know they can split, but mine i have had for about two months has a new little tiny one about half an inch from the base of the original one. the original is greenish blue with white stripes, but the new one is purple. the last week or so the big one had been making a cup like shape at night, could this have something to do with it?

I have one that hugged down tight to my LR for a couple of days. Then it pulled itself up and left a few small pieces of "meat" behind. Now those pieces is growing and changing to the adult color.

I left out that mine started life purple and now they are changing to the teal color of the adult.

ok cool. how fast have yours grown since the initial budding?

not real fast, I can see a change every day though. within a week they have gone from a TINY blob of purple to 3/16" and showing color!! hope all works as well for you!! good luck!
