my 6 line is in my overflow box any suggestions to get him out

Pull the stand pipe when he's close and drain him into your sump.

Fill the overflow with filter floss until he can only swim at the top then net him. Although he may enjoy the ride to the sump you would then have to catch him there.

Had to do it to my lightning.

Just reach in and grab him. That's what I did when one of my wrasses decided to check out the overflow.

Got him thanks yall. this was discovered 10 mins before heading to work. hes safe and sound now.
