My First Aptasia...Yay!

I'm assuming that's what this is. I picked up a couple nice sized pieces of LR today and found these when I got home. So far, I count 3 of them. I've never had them before, what to do? Besides "kill it with fire"! I swear I could pluck them out with forceps, but I've read this is not the thing to do.

Definitely get some peppermints. They are like cockroaches. If you see one there are 10 more you don't see.

Peppermint shrimp. It's the natural remedy and you only have to buy them once.... well unless one dies.

I squirted some lemon juice into them with a syringe. They haven't popped out since, but I may have just ticked them off. Everything reef safe OK with peppermint shrimp?

yeah peppermints will not mess with anything. I have 4 in my reef and they do no harm, only good.
